Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Strategic Account Executive on the FINS Enterprise team to help large, regulated organizations adopt, implement, and expand GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll guide strategic enterprise prospects and customers through complex DevSecOps transformations, acting as the key bridge between customer stakeholders and GitLab’s field organization.

• Experience selling to large enterprises and managing long B2B software sales cycles.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle in large, complex enterprises, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities.
• Provide account leadership in pre- and post-sales processes to ensure customers realize value from GitLab's platform.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and channel partners to drive adoption and retention.
• Develop and execute structured account plans with stakeholder alignment and multi-threaded engagement.
• Deliver accurate activity and forecast reports and share lessons learned with teams.
