You will manage pipelines, collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and partners, and maintain accurate CRM records while driving strategic account growth across industries.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in complex B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven record owning new-business opportunities and measurable growth.
• Experience with prospecting, value-based discovery, and executive engagement.
• Ability to guide decisions across executive and cross-functional buyers.
• Strong forecasting, risk visibility, and reliable follow-through.

• Build and manage qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting and territory planning.
• Lead complex sales from discovery through close.
• Connect customer goals to Zendesk platform and AI solution with measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships across executive, business, technical, finance, security, and procurement teams.
• Own pursuit strategy, deal progression, and commercial decisions.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Marketing, SDR/BDR teams, partners, and leaders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts, surface risks early.
• Document customer goals and success conditions to support handoffs and share market insights.
