Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for government customers from contract signature through onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Retain and grow account value while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with revenue goals.
• Communicate requirements, timelines, and risks to stakeholders to forecast revenue confidently.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth and improve processes for large enterprise customers.
