• Own the interface from contract signature onwards (onboarding, ongoing account management, retention/growth)
• Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
• Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback to influence development
• Retain and grow the value of accounts
• Communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules and risks to realize forecasted revenue
• Act as internal expert for State & Local / Local & Regional government vertical
• Lead implementation of new processes and system improvements to accelerate growth
