Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years with State & Local executives for a technical product/service.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• 12+ years with government customers and system integrators.
• Exceptional customer interface and communication skills.
• Ability to scale teams and manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy and growth plans for Starlink government programs.
• Hire, lead, and build a scalable enterprise account management team.
• Manage non-technical project management for government accounts.
• Oversee contracts from signature to activation and revenue realization.
• Own the customer interface from onboarding to long-term retention.
