Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Manager, Starlink Enterprise Accounts (State & Local Programs) to build and lead a team delivering Starlink to government subsidized programs. You will drive strategy, grow the enterprise function, and partner with product and finance to automate scalable account management.

The role requires extensive government-facing experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years with State & Local executives and customers to support a technical product/service.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and rapidly implement strategy and growth plans for delivering Starlink to government subsidized programs.
• Grow and build the enterprise account management function within Starlink; hire and lead an exceptional team.
• Identify and build tools/capabilities to manage accounts at scale; collaborate with apps/finance teams to automate.
• Develop internal goals/metrics to measure success and communicate results.
• Manage all aspects of non-technical project management for government subsidized accounts; finalize contracts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Own the customer interface from contract signature onward, including onboarding and long-term retention.
