Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Recruiting and Staffing technology with a remote-work setup while engaging clients from Portland, OR. The role focuses on driving new business, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals with Fortune 1000 to mid-market companies.

You will manage complex sales cycles, cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sales experience within the Recruiting and Staffing industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a true sales hunter approach.
• Proven track record in selling recruiting solutions to large enterprise customers.
• Strong established relationships among key influencers within the Recruiting and Staffing Industry.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle shifting priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Prospect large enterprise and mid-market companies, manage opportunities.
• Present solutions and provide product demonstrations to close sales.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers.
• Manage complex sales cycles and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
