Job summary

A leading procurement platform company based in San Francisco is seeking an experienced onboarding lead to manage enterprise customer implementations. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, leading training sessions, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product adoption. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of experience in procurement or B2B SaaS roles, along with excellent communication and project management skills. Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer relationships.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide P2P or ERP implementations.
• Fantastic communication skills required.
• Extreme attention to detail and proactivity expected.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage expectations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable with software configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers focusing on requirements and configuring the product.
• Manage end-to-end implementation for new customers.
• Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers.
• Proactively manage projects across multiple customers.
• Oversee project-related activities with support teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requests.
• Continuously improve post-sales processes to enhance customer value.
