• Experience leading Solutions Engineers in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS sales motions.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and scale high-performing technical teams.
• Strong strategic thinking about process, enablement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing Enterprise SE team; hire, onboard, and develop engineers who become trusted technical advisors.
• Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to align on pipeline and priorities; oversee demos, POCs, trials, and RFPs across multiple stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes, enablement, and playbooks; translate field insights into product feedback and roadmaps.
