Job summary

Ashby, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to shape and scale our North America Enterprise sales. You will lead the West-region Enterprise AE team and drive a multi-product expansion in a remote-first environment.

You will own revenue outcomes, hire and coach top talent, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to accelerate enterprise growth. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing, AI-enabled recruiting portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and scaling a SaaS Enterprise Account Executive team to $5M+ annual bookings.
• Proven track record of closing $1M+ SaaS deals with publicly traded companies.
• Experience hiring and onboarding enterprise AEs who generate their own pipeline.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing and solutions teams.
