Job summary

NinjaOne seeks an autonomous Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Channel to own the full technical sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the USA. You will build demos, architecture designs, and playbooks, shaping how we engage complex customers and scale technical wins with AEs.

Remote‑hybrid role; 50% travel; you’ll partner with Training and Customer Success to accelerate adoption and value realization across large enterprise customers.

Qualifications

5+ years in a pre‑sales engineering or similar role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
Deep knowledge in enterprise IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM‑adjacent platforms.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the full pre‑sales technical experience for Enterprise Partners and Channels.
Deliver product demos, architecture designs, and key customer engagements.
Develop playbooks, tools, and scalable assets to support AE‑SE alignment.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive growth.
Shape the Enterprise SE function with reusable assets and cross‑functional alignment.
