Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with enterprise clients adopting the Enterprise Suite. You will guide discovery, trials, and production rollout in collaboration with Account Management.

You’ll help clients design scalable integrations, authenticate GraphQL requests, deploy to cloud, configure SSO/SCIM, and resolve escalations. Strong API, cloud, and coding experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience writing and debugging code.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Own technical discovery with client teams and map architecture.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deals and rollouts.
• Own proofs of concept and trials to demonstrate fit.
• Guide customers from contract to production, including auth and cloud deployment.
• Resolve technical escalations and provide logs for engineering.
• Build scripts and internal tools to scale support.
