Job summary

Apollo GraphQL is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join a tight-knit global SE team. You’ll own complex evaluations, lead discovery and solution designs, and craft architecture that customers can deploy with confidence.

You’ll build value-focused demos and PoCs, de-risk deals with security and integration guidance, and collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to shape Apollo’s roadmap. Remote, full-time.

Qualifications

• Own complex evaluations and discovery workshops to understand customer APIs and constraints.
• Design and present multi-system architectures showing how Apollo fits into modern cloud environments.
• Lead value-focused demos and PoCs translating capabilities into business impact.
• De-risk deals by addressing blockers (security, integration, performance) and guiding value-based selling.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering across the account lifecycle.
• Enable the team with best practices and AI-augmented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical evaluations for strategic accounts and lead discovery/workshops.
• Design and present multi-system architectures integrating Apollo GraphOS into customer environments.
• Lead demos and PoCs that translate technical capabilities into business value.
• De-risk deals by resolving blockers and supporting value-based selling.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and patterns.
