Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Global Enterprise Team in the New York area. You will be a trusted advisor on a customer account team, designing and configuring Cisco product solutions to meet enterprise needs.

You will demonstrate business value, collaborate across product specialists, and translate customer priorities into technical solutions. Travel to NYC-based customers is required, and you will stay abreast of Cisco innovations and competitive offerings.

Competenze

3+ years of technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting experience.
Cisco product experience or familiarity with competitor offerings.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA are highly desirable.

Mansioni

Be a trusted advisor on a customer account team in a pre-sales role, demos, and design/configuration of Cisco products.
Develop and present solutions aligned with customer challenges and business value.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to shape solution architecture for global customers.
Act as a consultative technical advisor to accounts and customers.
Stay current on Cisco innovations and competitor solutions affecting engagements.
Assist with formal sales plans and RFP responses for assigned accounts.
