Job summary

AppDirect is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to drive technical wins with enterprise prospects. You will partner with Account Executives to map IT and device lifecycle needs and design scalable integrations for customer success.

You will deliver value-based demos, address security and compliance questions, and help shape product direction with insights from engagements. This remote role spans the US and Europe and requires strong communication and MEDDIC fluency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or another customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC, Value Selling, or similar).
• Strong IT or software background with laptop configuration, MDM, imaging, and device management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales as the technical owner of the deal; qualify fit early and drive the technical evaluation.
• Lead technical discovery to map current-state IT, device lifecycle, identity, integrations, and security needs.
• Deliver value-based demos for IT operators to C-level audiences; address objections and security questionnaires.
