Job summary

EliseAI in the United States is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to scope, design, and launch integrations that connect partner systems to our platform. You will work directly with partner engineering teams to understand their product, guide them through our APIs, and shape how we connect data.

You'll coordinate with partnerships, engineering, and product, turning each integration into repeatable patterns, docs, and tooling that speed future launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a partner or customer-facing technical role such as technical consulting or integrations.
• Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture and modern integration patterns.
• Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and explain technical tradeoffs to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to prioritize across deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ownership and resourcefulness in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical lead for partners from discovery through production, coordinating with customers as needed.
• Manage several integrations at once as the technical project manager, prioritizing go-live dates.
• Architect EliseAI connections with each partner, outlining data flows and used APIs.
• Own testing and launch readiness, then monitor performance post-launch.
• Identify gaps in our APIs and work with Engineering and Product to prioritize solutions.
• Contribute to developer docs, playbooks, and tooling to reduce recurring pain points.
