Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer in Software or Telecommunications.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
• Experience in CRM Software, ITSM, Data Warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research for meetings to understand customer business.
• Manage customer pilots and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Work with product management to incorporate customer feedback.
