Job summary

Notion is reimagining enterprise software sales and the Solutions Consultant is the cornerstone of that model. As a SC, you’ll own the full customer journey: from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, workflow implementation, expansion & renewal planning.

You are the single owner of your accounts, accountable for ensuring what you sell actually gets realized. You’ll build live in front of customers, translate workflow designs into commercial outcomes, and be a trusted partner

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live with customers.
• Experience handling procurement, legal, and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from first meeting to renewal as the single account owner.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers in Notion.
• Collaborate with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, and procurement steps.
• Guide customers through early implementation with adoption plans.
