Job summary

Notion is hiring a Solutions Consultant to turn customer challenges into measurable outcomes. You will build pipeline, own opportunities from discovery through close, and co-create live workflow solutions with customers.

You will partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and product specialists while maintaining ownership of relationships, momentum, and next steps. You will connect each solution to a clear business case, drive adoption, expansion, and renewal, and ensure customers realize value

Qualifications

• Commercial ownership and pipeline development.
• Technical fluency to build and demo live solutions.
• Ability to articulate value and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline across your book of business with stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from discovery to close, including procurement and legal reviews.
• Design workflow solutions and map current/future state with customers.
• Coordinate with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and specialists to maintain momentum.
• Lead post-sale value adoption and renewal planning.
