Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Dublin to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from discovery to renewal. You will design live workflow solutions with customers and partner with sales and BDRs to drive expansion and long-term value.

You will navigate complex procurement, legal, and security reviews while staying focused on AI-enabled outcomes and customer success. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Technical fluency; ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of a customer.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts; map customer workflows to outcomes.
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement, legal, and security reviews.
• Ability to own the room with agency and urgency while introducing new ideas.
• You’re obsessed with AI and eager to learn new tools.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle - new logo, expansion, and renewal as the single account owner for your book of business.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: discovery is the demo, not the slide deck.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and co-own outbound motion for your book.
• Navigate sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with proper scope and credits.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects.
• Partner with OA on onboarding, adoption plans, and renewal execution, owning the commercial arc while OA handles day-to-day adoption.
