Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey from first meeting through renewal. You will design live workflow solutions with customers, translate requirements into commercial outcomes, and partner with BDRs on account planning.

You’ll navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews to close with the right scope and adoption path. You will work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise software, driving adoption plans and day-to-day workflow

Qualifications

4-7+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
Technical fluency and comfort building live in software, with demos and co-designs.
Strong discovery and qualification instincts mapping workflows to outcomes.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder conversations including procurement, legal and security.
Ability to own the room and drive new ideas with urgency.
Genuine interest in AI and using it as a collaboration tool.

Responsibilities

Own the full customer lifecycle from new logo to renewal for your book of business.
Design and build live workflow solutions with customers; discovery becomes the demo.
Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews.
Guide customers through early implementation with a clear adoption plan.
Collaborate with Outcomes Architects on onboarding and expansion.
