Job summary

Notion is reimagining enterprise software sales. As a Solutions Consultant, you will own the full customer journey from first meeting through workflow design, implementation, expansion, and renewal planning. You’ll translate complex workflows into commercial outcomes and partner with customers to realize value.

You’ll demonstrate live solutions, collaborate with BDRs on target planning, and lead with a user-centric approach to AI-enabled productivity and enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of customers.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to map customer workflows to outcomes.
• Experience navigating procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
• Ability to own client rooms with urgency and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from new logo to renewal.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers; discovery is the demo.
• Partner with BDRs on account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, and legal/security reviews.
• Guide customers through implementation and handoffs to outcomes architects.
• Collaborate with OA on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
