Job summary
Vapi is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive technical discovery, architecture, and live demos for enterprise customers. You will own the technical side of deals, craft customer‑specific demos, and help design POCs that move opportunities toward close and go‑live.
The role requires 4+ years in a technical customer‑facing function, with hands‑on coding ability and experience in voice/telephony systems. You’ll collaborate with engineers and executives to articulate value and ensure successful
Qualifications
- You have 4+ years in a technical customer‑facing role, such as pre‑sales engineering or solutions architecture.
- You can write code well enough to build a working integration, read an API response, and debug issues.
- You have experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure (SIP, Twilio, Genesys, Five9).
- You can talk with engineers and executives, adjusting detail level as needed.
- You are energized by discovery, architecture, POCs, objection handling, and getting customers live.
Responsibilities
- Own technical discovery and demos for active enterprise deals.
- Lead the technical side from first call through close and go‑live.
- Create reusable artifacts and document integration patterns for the team.
