Job summary

Bland AI is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our growing pre-sales team in San Francisco, with 3–5 days in office and remote options. You will own technical discovery, design tailored demos, and drive POVs that map to customer workflows.

You’ll partner with AEs, product, and engineering to move enterprise deals quickly and credibly. The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years in technical pre-sales at a B2B SaaS company, strong API and integration experience, and a passion for enterprise

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience running technical discovery and supporting enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to configure demos, understand APIs, and engage with customer engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with AEs, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective customers to understand call center workflows and integration requirements.
• Design and run customer-specific voice agent demos and POVs.
• Scope POVs with clear success criteria, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with AEs and engineering for efficient deal progression and evaluation.
