Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with large-scale customers, building trusted relationships with C-level and technical decision makers. You will translate business goals into technical roadmaps, design monetization opportunities, and expand Stripe’s footprint across accounts and markets.

You’ll lead customer discovery, drive strategic engagements, and work with product and engineering to win complex opportunities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role at a global software enterprise.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales.
• Experience in payments, billing, invoicing, issuing, banking or fintech spaces.
• Executive engagement with senior decision makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of a Stripe account team with deep involvement in defining the customer strategy.
• Identify and close complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption; align with the customer roadmap.
• Drive thought leadership and act as trusted advisor for CIO/CTO/COO/CRO/CDO and heads of product/payments.
• Design end-to-end customer transformation journeys and create roadmaps with 3rd party integrations.
• Lead customer discovery and executive briefings to secure technical wins and strategic alignment.
