Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Solutions Architect within the Global Presales Engineering organization to collaborate with clients on digital transformation and build long-term business relationships in assigned enterprise accounts.

You will work with Sales and customers to identify opportunities, design solutions, and address business challenges across WLN/WLS and related portfolios. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience required.
• Experience architecting software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
• Experience with enterprise LAN/WAN and network solutions.
• Knowledge of SDN, security, cloud and IT systems management beneficial.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities with customers and drive solution design.
• Lead integration strategies, architectures and infrastructure to implement complete solutions.
• Manage technical relationships, briefings, proofs-of-concept, and collaboration with Product Groups.
