Job summary

FYUL, formed by a merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce, seeks a Sales Engineer to accelerate enterprise growth by partnering with Sales to close complex deals and guide onboarding. You’ll act as the trusted technical advisor on APIs, integrations, and e-commerce ecosystems, with deep Shopify expertise.

You will design scalable solutions, deliver tailored demos, and lead onboarding projects across IT and product teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and measurable outcomes for enterprise

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role within SaaS, e-commerce, or API-driven platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) and integration patterns.
• Fluency in e-commerce tech ecosystems, especially Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to provide deep technical expertise on APIs and integrations.
• Design scalable solutions connecting APIs with customer platforms and ERPs/CRMs.
• Demonstrate enterprise storefront concepts on Shopify and other platforms with custom apps.
