Easyship is seeking a Technical Implementation Lead to own enterprise integrations end to end, from pre-sale discovery to go-live and handover. Lead API-based implementations and partner with Solutions Developers to deliver one clear solution.

You will manage multiple projects, sign SoWs, and guide customers through architectural decisions. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, owning design, data mapping, authentication, and data flows.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or a similar role in an enterprise SaaS product.
• Expert, hands-on command of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, including OAuth 2.0 and SSO.
• Fluent with JSON, data mapping, and SQL; proficient using Postman or Insomnia.
• Structured troubleshooter across status codes, rate limits, errors, retries, and logs.
• Understanding of how eCommerce platforms, ERPs, and warehouse systems integrate with shipping services.
• Experience writing SoWs, running multiple implementations, and managing scope and pricing.
• Ability to translate technical work into plain language and work with AI-generated outputs.
• Strong technical documentation skills and excellent written and verbal English.
• Bonus: Python or JavaScript; logistics or ecommerce; Shopify, Squarespace, Celigo, or Zapier; prior Easyship experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery with Enterprise Sales, map customer systems, data flows, and constraints.
• Own solution design for implementations (architecture, endpoints, webhooks, authentication).
• Scope and sign off SoWs for API, custom apps, or customisation work with clear deliverables.
• Resolve technical questions during sale and implementation, reproduce issues with Postman/Insomnia.
• Lead technical kick-offs and calls with customer teams and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Solutions Developers to align on scope and design and ensure delivery matches SoW.
• Manage several implementations at once from signature to go-live and volume migration.
• Own implementation escalations and recovery plans when forecasts are off.
• Lead structured handovers to the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Maintain governance on custom builds and document recurring questions for product gaps.
