Job summary

FYUL is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to accelerate Enterprise growth by partnering with Sales to close technically complex deals and guide customers through onboarding. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor on APIs, integrations, and ecommerce ecosystems to help customers leverage Printful and Printify within FYUL’s platform.

The role requires deep knowledge of Shopify storefronts, enterprise-grade integration patterns, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS/e-commerce/API platforms.
Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) and integrations.
Deep fluency in e-commerce ecosystems, especially Shopify storefronts and apps.
Proven ability to advise customers on storefront architecture and scalability for enterprise use.
Excellent communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to provide deep technical expertise on APIs and integrations.
Design scalable solutions connecting our APIs with customer platforms, ERPs, CRMs, and custom workflows.
Advise on ecommerce storefront architectures and enterprise-grade performance.
Build and deliver demos, PoCs, and integration prototypes.
Lead onboarding projects coordinating with customer IT/engineering and internal teams.
Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate complex problems to Engineering/Product as needed.
Document solution designs, playbooks, and storefront best practices for repeatable onboarding.
Bridge Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
Quantify customer pain points to inform product and feature development decisions.
