Job summary

Fireblocks, a leading digital asset infrastructure provider, is seeking a Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team. You will own end-to-end delivery from deal close through production, designing and deploying solutions on customer infrastructure.

You will lead API integrations, security architecture, and complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule, shaping reference architectures and mentoring teams. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks/Financial Institutions or enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered.
• Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
• Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
• Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
• Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
