Job summary

Fireblocks in the United States is seeking a Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team. You will own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region’s largest banks and financial institutions, from deal close through production.

You will define enterprise setups, including API integrations and security architecture, steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule, and codify repeatable reference architectures to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or with Banks/enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership; Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery from deal close to production.
• Define enterprise setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
• Bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
