Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team to own the technical delivery of deployments for banks and financial institutions. You will lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure and contribute to pre-sales cycles.

You will define enterprise setups, ensure secure API integration, and steer complex integrations across banking, custody, and tokenisation. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise/financial services.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience and hands-on technical mindset.
• Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
• Deep enterprise architecture knowledge and best practices.
• Leadership in mentoring engineers or architects and setting standards.
• Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for AMER Banks and Financial Institutions.
• Define setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule.
• Codify reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
• Bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
