Job summary

Fireblocks is hiring an experienced Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team. You will own technical delivery of implementations for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions, from deal close through production, guiding architecture, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

You will lead cross-team collaboration, develop reference architectures, and contribute in pre-sales cycles to win deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise/financial services.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience with a hands-on technical mindset.
• Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
• Solid enterprise-architecture background and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Pre-sales exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability for solutions delivered.
• Define enterprise customer setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
