Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team to own the technical delivery of implementations for Banks and Financial Institutions, from deal close through production.

You will lead architecture design, API integrations, security deployments and production rollout on customer infrastructure, while contributing to strategic pre-sales and ensuring top-tier delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience delivering post-sale implementations.
Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies, or with Banks/enterprise financial systems.
Software development experience with a hands-on technical mindset.
Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
Expertise in enterprise architecture and best practices.
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

Owning the transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability.
Define setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
Steer complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule.
Codify reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
Bridge between Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges.
Support strategic pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design.
Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
