Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team to own the technical delivery of implementations for Banks and Financial Institutions. From deal close through production, you will lead architecture design, API integrations, security architecture, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience delivering post-sale implementations.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or with Banks/enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience with hands-on technical mindset.
• Strong IT security knowledge and proven cloud experience.
• Deep enterprise architecture knowledge and leadership.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions.
• Define enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
• Act as bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
