Job summary

Fireblocks in the United States is seeking a Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team. You will own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions, leading architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

This role includes pre-sales support, mentoring engineers, and ensuring operational excellence with a strong focus on security, cloud, and enterprise architecture in a fast-changing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise/financial services.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or enterprise financial systems.
• Hands-on software development mindset and IT security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production.
• Define setup with Fireblocks, API integrations, security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenisation, Travel Rule.
• Create reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
• Bridge between Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
