Job summary

Fireblocks seeks an experienced Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team to own the technical delivery of implementations for the region's Banks and Financial Institutions. You will lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, also contributing to pre-sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise or financial services.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations.
• Hands-on software development mindset.
• Deep IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
• Strong enterprise-architecture knowledge and best practices.
• Pre-sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production.
• Define enterprise setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule.
• Codify reference architectures and playbooks to scale AMER delivery.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
