Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for the AMER Professional Services team. You will own the technical delivery of implementations from deal close to production, lead architecture design, and drive secure integrations on customer infrastructure.

You’ll also contribute to pre-sales by shaping solution designs and reference architectures. You will bridge Sales, Product, and R&D to address complex integration challenges, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks/financial institutions.
• Hands-on technical mindset with software development experience.
• Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience; enterprise architecture expertise.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to set technical standards.
• Pre-sales exposure is a plus; strong written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for AMER professionals, from deal close to production.
• Lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.
• Bring delivery expertise into pre-sales cycles to help Sales win deals.
• Define setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
• Bridge between Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design; ensure operational excellence.
