Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution consulting or related customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field; MBA desirable.
• Proven ability to use AI tools (Copilot) to enhance analysis and design solutions.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent strategy, or organizational transformation is advantageous.
• Proven ability to partner with sales teams and influence decisions in complex enterprise buys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• Analytical thinker who maps customer needs to scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise tech landscapes and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored proposals outlining value, outcomes, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success for readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on AI, workforce strategy, and solution consulting best practices.
• Occasional travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
