Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre‑sales, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis and outcomes.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent strategy, learning, or organizational transformation is a strong advantage.
• Ability to partner with sales teams and influence outcomes in complex enterprise buying environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive‑level presentation capabilities.
• Analytical mindset connecting customer needs to practical, scalable solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals articulating value, outcomes, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success for readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on enterprise AI trends and solution consulting best practices.
• Occasional travel to support engagements and internal collaboration.
