Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, IT, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification highly desirable.
• Candidates with equivalent experience and proven outcomes will be strongly considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop tailored proposals articulating value, outcomes, and differentiation to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success for implementation readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on enterprise AI trends, workforce strategy, and transformation best practices.
• Occasional travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
