In this field-based role, you will support the Northeast sales territory with presales engagement, partner with Sales and Professional Services, and translate business needs into value-driven Nexthink solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise presales or technical consulting experience.
• Proven ability to partner with sales to meet revenue goals.
• Experience introducing new technology into a new market.
• Experience in Workplace/End User/Desktop Services or Digital Experience Monitoring.
• Experience with Cloud, Windows 10, O365 or related migration/change projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL, security, governance or compliance disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Become a Nexthink subject matter expert and championing business value.
• Assist the sales team by applying product knowledge to address customer issues and demonstrate value.
• Show how Nexthink solutions align with customer initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders across IT to surface use cases and drive deals forward.
• Run value-based workshops to help prospects understand Nexthink's value.
• Represent Nexthink at events and marketing activities.
