Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing high-value multi-location accounts.

The seat offers a $2M annual quota and leads from our sales development and inbound channels. You will manage the full cycle on complex deals, negotiating with owners and senior leaders, and expanding after signings across additional locations

Qualifications

• A record of closing large deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close on large multi-location deals (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after signings.
