Qualifications

• 5+ years selling Microsoft Security across Azure (Sentinel, Defender for Cloud) and M365 (Defender XDR, Entra, Purview) into mid-market and enterprise.
• Proven track record co-selling with Microsoft field sellers (AE, CSA, GBB, Partner teams) and navigating Partner Center/co-sell motions.
• Able to position Tenex MDR alongside customers’ existing Microsoft investments and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed a multi-million-dollar ARR quota.
• Build and execute a Microsoft co-sell strategy with cross-team collaboration.
• Position Tenex MDR alongside customers’ Microsoft Security investments to land and expand.
• Transact through direct, Microsoft Marketplace, private offer, or Partner Center co-sell.
• Run MEDDPICC/MEDDIC qualification and executive value selling to CISOs/CIOs.
