Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Enterprise Client Security Operations Manager to lead security operations across client facilities in the region. The role serves as the primary client contact for facilities, coordinating proactive resolutions and after-hour responses.

Candidates should have extensive security leadership background, with ability to communicate with executives and coordinate with law enforcement. This role may require extended hours during crises and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field.
• Extensive law enforcement leadership experience is required.
• Ability to work with little supervision and under crisis conditions.

Responsibilities

• Enhance physical security posture at client facilities.
• Identify and report security threats and propose mitigations to leadership.
• De-escalate incidents and provide security support services.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and exercises.
• Liaise with law enforcement and first responders; manage executive protection support.
• Direct decisions during alarms to ensure life safety and property protection.
• Coordinate with client security leadership; meet regularly and provide expertise.
• Communicate professionally with client, vendors, and employees to ensure satisfaction.
