Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Operations Leader in the United States (IL) to oversee scheduling, staffing, and client relations across security teams. The role focuses on preventing unbilled overtime while ensuring top-tier service and safety.

You will lead security officers and supervisors, manage payroll, and coordinate with clients to protect people and property, while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality security service protecting people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site operations; manage inventory of uniforms and equipment.
