Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Security services function. You will ensure corporate IT technologies are designed and implemented to the highest security standards while partnering with stakeholders across the business to secure SaaS apps, endpoints, identity, networks, and data governance.

The role requires deep experience across Windows/Mac/Linux, Okta, CircleCI, cloud platforms, and security frameworks, with a focus on protection, monitoring, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in security leadership roles.
• Hands-on enterprise security across Windows, Mac, Okta, and public cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and IT apps risk exposure.
• Subject matter expertise in business apps, endpoint and identity management.
• Understanding of endpoints, networking (Wi-Fi) and IT app ecosystems.
• Programming experience in PowerShell, Python, Go or Java.
• Experience deploying and securing enterprise apps/environments at scale.
• Cloud security expertise (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Familiarity with security maturity frameworks and guidance to apply them.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management, and Business Applications.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise apps and data access.
• Participate in evaluation and management of security/compliance policies in IT systems.
• Analyze and harden applications, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Corp IT, governance, and stakeholders to draft standards and monitoring.
