Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Security services and elevate Rubrik’s security posture across corporate IT, SaaS apps, identity, endpoints, and networks. You will partner with stakeholders to implement secure standards and monitor for compliance.

The role requires hands-on security design across Windows, Mac, and cloud services, with experience in policy management, vulnerability remediation, and risk governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience in enterprise security across Windows, Mac, Okta and public cloud infrastructure.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and exploits in end-user and IT Apps.
• Subject matter expertise in business applications, endpoint and Identity management.
• Deep understanding of endpoint systems, corporate networking and IT apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity (Okta), Endpoint (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Secrets Management (Vault, LastPass) and Business Applications (Salesforce, Glean, etc).
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise applications and data access.
• Evaluate and manage security policies in IT systems (JAMF, inTune).
• Harden applications, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub workflows, Tines, Zapier).
• Draft and enforce security standards with Corp IT, governance, and monitoring teams.
• Review app security reviews to ensure secure rollout and monitoring.
• Support SOC in threat, vulnerability, controls, and residual risk analysis.
• Coordinate with vulnerability management and threat operations for remediation and IOC detection.
• Monitor and manage EDR policies; deploy AI security tools across the org.
• Promote AI usage in security tooling and improve team efficiency.
