Job summary

Rubrik, the Security and AI Operations Company, is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Enterprise Security services function. You will ensure corporate IT technologies are secure, partner with stakeholders to protect SaaS apps, identities, endpoints, and networks, and enforce security standards across the organization.

You will drive security reviews, support SOC, and collaborate on remediation of vulnerabilities while enabling AI-driven security capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience in enterprise security with hands-on admin/design across Windows, Mac, Okta, and public cloud.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise attack vectors and exploits in end-user and IT apps.
• Subject matter expertise in business applications, endpoint and identity management.
• Strong understanding of corporate security maturity model frameworks and how to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security standards across Identity, Endpoint, Secrets Management and Business Applications.
• Partner with IT to improve security posture of enterprise applications and access to data.
• Participate in evaluation, development, and management of security policies within IT systems like JAMF and Intune.
• Analyze and harden applications, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with corp IT, governance, and stakeholders to draft security standards and monitoring.
• Review security review requests to ensure applications are secure and compliant.
• Support SOC in analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, controls and residual risks.
• Partner with Vulnerability Management and Threat Operations to drive remediation of critical vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and manage EDR policies.
• Deploy technologies for AI usage and security.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team performance and efficiency.
