Rubrik hires for its Platform Product team to deliver a leading SaaS solution spanning data center to cloud. The role focuses on cloud and on-premises integration, defining the product roadmap, and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver features that meet customer needs.

You will monitor KPIs and engage with customers and partners to drive continuous product improvements across multiple environments and platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of product management or related experience with hardware/software integration.
• Experience defining, building, launching and supporting SaaS cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience deploying software on virtualization platforms (HyperV, VMware, Nutanix AHV, RHEV).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, with data-driven decision making.

Aufgaben

• Own Rubrik's cloud and virtual scale-out cluster software from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to develop new features and optimize functionality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
